Amanda sees her role as listening, providing a non-judgemental space, providing empathy and building a strong therapeutic relationship to assist in overcoming life’s challenges. She works collaboratively and therapeutically to establish personalised goals and develop strategies to assist in overcoming obstacles.
Amanda is trauma-informed, strengths based and person-centred in her work practice to support people experiencing a range of mental health conditions such as anxiety, depression, post traumatic and complex trauma, bi-polar disorder and schizophrenia.
