Kate is available to work with child, adolescent, and adult clients, carrying out psychological assessments and tailoring interventions to meet goals.
She can develop behavioural support plans, and help you work on emotional regulation, stress management, positive behaviours and improved social interactions and relationships.
Kate joins Therapy Pro as a psychologist with a decade’s experience as a personal trainer where she found mindset coaching was as important to achieving results as working out the body’s muscles.
Kate is also a former disability support worker, with particular experience supporting the goals of clients with complex psychiatric conditions.
