In November, we completed our most recent audit under the NDIS Commission. Therapy Pro is proud to share that zero nonconformities were identified through this rigorous external review. The auditors noted our model promotes excellence in service delivery and that the high performance standards supported therapists and administrative staff to continually review and improve the way they work.

We are pleased to share the feedback we received from clients was consistent and of a high level, with many examples of how people feel listened to and involved in their therapy, from the very first meeting with our team.

The auditors commented that our wrap around approach to providing therapy is illustrated in the way people and their families feel empowered to take control of their therapy to get the support they need, and praised the way we build knowledge and capabilities within families.

The auditors saw multiple examples of how our flexible approach to working with people, in the way they want, and a commitment to continuous improvement, really does allow for new possibilities for people with a disability and their families.

To hear this feedback, after such a big year, was truly rewarding. I am so humbled to lead a hardworking team of professionals who put our clients at the centre of all we do. A team that demonstrates daily, a real commitment to providing therapy experiences that build capacity and confidence in people to realise their potential.
